Refund Policy

At Core Minds Academy, we stand behind the quality of our teaching. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.
Our Quality Guarantee 🏆
If your child's first paid class doesn't meet your expectations, we will either re-do the class with a different teacher or provide a full refund — no questions asked. We're that confident in our teachers.
Free Trial Class
The free trial class is provided at no cost, so no refund is applicable. There is one free trial per subject per family.
Subscription Refunds
If you're unhappy with your first paid month for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first paid class and we will issue a full refund. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel before your next renewal at any time.
Missed Classes
Classes cancelled by the student with less than 12 hours' notice are not eligible for refund or make-up. Classes cancelled with 12+ hours' notice can be rescheduled at no extra charge. Classes cancelled by the teacher for any reason will be rescheduled free of charge within 48 hours, or a credit will be applied to your account.
Technical Issues
If a class is unable to proceed due to technical issues on our platform, a full make-up class will be offered or a credit will be applied. Technical issues on the student's end (internet outage, device problems) are not eligible for automatic refund, but we will work with families on a case-by-case basis.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billing@coreminds.academy within 14 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing disputes within 5 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@coreminds.academy with your account email, the date of the class in question, and a brief description. We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
